We are currently accepting registrations for coaches and volunteers across all age divisions and teams.

Coach Details

All coaches are expected to:

• Commit to attending every game and arrive on time. We understand that life happens—if you cannot attend, please communicate with league staff so coverage can be arranged.

• Complete a background check through Checkr.com.

  • Cost: $15 (paid for by the league).

• Provide a safe, fair, and positive environment for all players.

• Treat players, parents, officials, and staff with respect at all times.

Coach Benefits

• Each coach will receive a Coach’s Manual, which includes:

  • Warm-ups

  • Drills

  • Rules

  • Plays

• All Coaches, Team Managers, and Referees will receive an NFL FLAG Staff Polo Shirt.

Team Manager / Parent Volunteer Details

Responsibilities may include:

• Designating a parent from either team on game day to hold the down marker on the sideline.

• Designating a parent to keep score using a small flip scoreboard.

• Organizing post-game snacks with other parents (optional).

• Creating a group chat with parents and the coach (optional).

Referee Details

• Visit NFL FLAG Officiating to learn more.

• Attend upcoming online web seminars.

• Officials shirt, hat, and equipment will be provided.
